The rooms in an ok condition.

Extremely helpful staff, new-fashioned and huge rooms with an OK condition and nice bath, for example.

Wi-Fi was very spotty.

We stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was modern and exceptionally comfortable, had favourable location in the best area of the city. Location: the property was just next door to unique restaurants of Miraflores, Los Olivos, Sanfranciso Monastery and Lima Main Square as well as Kennedy Park, markets, and good restaurants. Had nice dainties at Dulce Ciudad, located minute walk from the hotel. Our experience here was great.

The hotel is incredibly beautiful and comfortable. It offers great views over the city. Its central location is convenient, within walking distance from Chocomuseo. Having an attached restaurant is a great convenience for lunch and dinner.

The room had mould. We got another room which had mould has well. The staff was not friendly.We had to pay more because we wanted to pay with a credit card. We arranged an airport pick-up with them. It was good, but we paid 25 dollars. In other hotels they do this service for 16 dollars or less.

The first two nights of our stay at the hotel Allpa were very pleasant. It was quite modern, great air conditioner, very clean and in a good location. Breakfast was ok.

There was never enough hot water (showers were luke warm). There may be a problem with their online booking system double booking rooms. We were told we had to move to another hotel because of "water filtration" problems on another floor. We became suspicious when a large number of guests were checking in while we were being moved out and when another guest who was being moved said there had been an online booking problem. We can´t be sure, but it was all a bit strange the way it happened. This unfortunately over shadowed what would have been an otherwise great stay.

This place is in a fantastic location near the ocean and the Huaca Pucllana archaeological site and is situated in a chic district that is definitely worth exploring; having a restaurant right there is a plus for lunch and dinner.

Rooms not all that big, and mine was next to the elevator which made very loud mechanical noises that would wake me up.

Hotel is quite new, executive room is big enough

Sound proofing is not so good, we can hear the sound of the elevator and also noise from outside the room. We booked the room in USD but the hotel could not accept USD when the payment is in USD. The rate the hotel used for converting USD to Sols was unfavorable but we had no choice but to accept the rate since the hotel required full payment upon check-in.
